The Apple Watch has a lot of great options to keep you motivated so you can reach your fitness goals. While there’s plenty of fun things you can setup on your own, kicking off a challenge with your friends takes it to another level.
Add fuel to your competitive fire by challenging one of your friends on your Apple Watch. The fun part – after a challenge you can win an award and add it to your collection. Continue with the guide on this page to get a challenge going.
How does a challenge work
- The Apple Watch lets you initiative a seven-day competition with your friends via an invitation from either your Apple Watch or the app on your iPhone.
- You and your friends earn points by completing and filling up your Activity rings (your Move, Workout, and Stand rings).
- You get a point for each percent that you add to your ring during each day of the competition.
- You can reach a total of up to 600 points per day, 4,200 per the competition week.
- The friend with the most points at the end of the seven-day period wins the competition and gets an award!
